I still had some pumpkin puree leftover so decided to make cute little Halloween cupcakes. A. had fun with this one since she got to put candy corn on top of each of the cupcakes and got to sample the candy corn in the process.

I didn’t love the cupcake itself (too dense from the pumpkin in the batter?), but I really liked the frosting so gave it a 4.
Not a big fan of candy corns, but the cupcake was fine
Ooops, sorry for the delayed response. I loved loved loved the spices and frosting but the batter ended up being a bit dense for me as well. However, I still give these a four. Yum yum thanks Wendy.
